How do I add a subscription?

Tap the Subscriptions tab, then the + button in the top right. Enter the name and monthly or annual cost — everything else is optional. The app calculates your annual spend automatically.

What is the Archive?

When you subtract (cancel) a subscription, it moves to the Archive tab rather than being deleted. You can see how much you've saved, view the history, and reactivate any subscription with one tap if you ever come back to it.

Does it sync across my devices?

Yes, if you're signed into iCloud. Your data syncs privately through your own Apple ID via CloudKit. Subtrax never touches your data — it goes directly between your devices through Apple's encrypted infrastructure.

How do I restore my purchase?

Go to Archive → Settings → Restore Purchase. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

How do renewal notifications work?

Notifications are scheduled locally on your device — nothing is sent through a server. You can set a reminder timing per-subscription (e.g. 3 days before renewal). Enable notifications in Settings → Notifications.

How does Subtrax calculate my annual cost?

Monthly subscriptions are multiplied by 12. Annual subscriptions are used as-is. Weekly subscriptions are multiplied by 52. The Dashboard shows your total annual spend and a daily cost so you can see the real number.

What happens to my data if I delete the app?

Local data is removed with the app. If you used iCloud sync, you can remove Subtrax data from Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage.
