The short version
Subtrax collects nothing. Your data lives on your device. We have no servers, no accounts, and no way to see your information.
What you enter
Subscription names, costs, billing dates, categories, and notes are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data never leaves your device unless you have iCloud sync enabled.
iCloud sync
If you have iCloud enabled on your device, your data syncs privately across your Apple devices through your personal iCloud account. This sync is end-to-end encrypted and managed entirely by Apple. Subtrax cannot access your iCloud data.
Notifications
If you grant notification permission, Subtrax schedules local renewal reminders on your device. These notifications are generated locally — no data is sent to any server to deliver them.
Analytics & tracking
None. Subtrax contains no analytics SDKs, no crash reporting tools, no advertising frameworks, and no third-party tracking of any kind.
In-app purchase
The one-time purchase is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. Subtrax never sees your payment information.
No account required
Subtrax has no account system. There is no sign-up, no login, and no way to identify you as a user. We simply don't have that infrastructure.
Data deletion
Deleting the app removes all locally stored data. If you used iCloud sync, you can remove the app's iCloud data from Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage.
